About Us
Flaking paint, tired walls, or a chalky roof coating look rough and can let water in. Kerikeri Residential Painters in Kerikeri fixes that as your interior house painter, exterior house painter, and roof painter with careful prep, safe access, and the right primers and paints for each surface.
Our crews are seasoned and methodical, with surface prep that includes washing, scraping, sanding, small repairs, caulking, and primers matched to wood, stucco, brick, and metal, and we follow lead safe practices in older homes. We avoid the classic mistakes that cause early failure like painting over damp surfaces, skipping primer on bare spots, spraying without back rolling, using interior paint outside, or rushing work when the temperature and dew point are wrong.
You get straight pricing, firm start and finish dates, careful masking, daily cleanup, and simple updates. We focus on sharp lines, smooth trim, smart sheen choices, and we handle small drywall or wood repairs so the paint holds and stays clean.
We paint interiors with low odour paints that cure hard, cover stains, and clean well, and we handle walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinets with smooth lines and tight caulk. For exteriors and roofs we wash, repair, and prime, then brush, roll, and spray as needed using weather rated coatings that shield against sun and rain, and we guide you on repaint cycles like about five to seven years inside, about seven to ten years outside, and about eight to twelve years on roof coatings so your home stays protected and your energy use can drop with cool roof finishes.
